Abstract

Monica Vannisa Halim, 1606293, “The influence of Experiential Value to Behavioral Intention at The Dining Room Art Deco Hotel Bandung (A Survey of Consumers Who Have Dine at The Dining Room Art Deco Hotel Bandung)”. This research is aimed to find out the influence of experiential value to behavioral intention at The Dining Room Art Deco Hotel Bandung, under suvervision of Dr. Bambang Widjajanta.,MM and Gitasiswhara.,SE.Par.,MM. This study aims to determine the effect of experiential value on behavioral intention at The Dining Room Art Deco Hotel Bandung. The research method used is descriptive verification. The data collection technique used is through google form. In this study, the independent variable (X) is experiential value consisting of service excellence, aestethic, playfullness and along with dependent variable (Y) which is behavioral intention. The method of this research is a survey, using purposive sampling with 110 respondent Who Have Dine at The Dining Room Art Deco Hotel Bandung. Data analysis technique and hypothesis test in this research is path analysis. The scale used is the Likert scale. Based on the test, the simultaneous result shows that experiential value has a significant effect on behavioral intention. The results of this study indicate that the level of experiential value is in the high category and the level of behavioral intention is in the high category. As well as experiential value has a positive effect on behavioral intention. Keywords: Experiential Value, The Dining Room Art Deco Hotel Bandung, and Behavioral Intention.
