Abstract

ABSTRAK Iqna Kafila Asfarainy (1601464), “Pengaruh Keterlibatan Pegawai dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi Pegawai Divisi Polyester PT Indorama Synthetics Tbk Purwakarta”. Di bawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Syamsul Hadi Senen M.M dan Masharyono AP, S.Pd., MM Perilaku kewargaan organisasi di Indonesia masih pada tingkat yang rendah, hal ini dapat dilihat dari fenomena grasshopper yang masih terjadi di Indonesia. Permasalahan perilaku kewargaan organisasi masih banyak dihadapi oleh perusahaan pada sektor di banyak negara, baik pada sektor jasa seperti industri rumah sakit, pendidikan, keuangan, perbankan, dan telekomunikasi serta pada sektor manufaktur seperti industri elektronik, pribadi, perikanan, dan tekstil. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengalami penurunan perilaku kewargaan organisasi adalah PT Indorama Synthetics, Tbk Purwakarta. Strategi untuk meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi dengan meningkatkan keterlibatan pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh (1) tingkat keterlibatan pegawai, (2) tingkat kepuasan kerja, (3) gambaran perilaku kewargaan organisasi, (4) pengaruh keterlibatan pegawai terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, dan (5) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi (6) pengaruh keterlibatan pegawai dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling yang berjumlah 88 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software komputer smartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa 1) keterlibatan pegawai berada pada tingkat sangat tinggi, 2) kepuasan kerja berada pada tingkat sangat tinggi, 3)perilaku kewargaan organisasi berada pada tingkat sangat tinggi, 4) keterlibatan pegawai memiliki pengaruh sebesar 23,8% terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, 5) kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 64,3% terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, dan 6) keterlibatan pegawai dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 69,6% terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Dari pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa keterlibatan pegawai dan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Perilaku kewargaan organisasi yang rendah akan berdampak pada produktifitas perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan perusahaan meningkatkan keterlibatan pegawai melalui dedikasi, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan promosi dan pengawasan, dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi dapat ditingkatkan dengan aspek altruism, conscientiousness, dan civic virtue. Sehingga diharapkan keterlibatan pegawai dan kepuasan kerja perlu diperhatikan lebih lanjut oleh perusahaan dalam menunjang peningkatan perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Pd, MM The behavior of organizational citizenship in Indonesia is still at a low level, this can be seen from the grasshopper phenomenon that still occurs in Indonesia. The problem of organizational citizenship behavior is still widely faced by companies in sectors in many countries, both in the service sector such as hospital industry, education, finance, banking, and telecommunications as well as in manufacturing sectors such as electronics, personal, fishery, and textile industries. One of the companies that experienced a decrease in organizational citizenship behavior was PT Indorama Synthetics, Tbk Purwakarta. Strategies to improve organizational civic behavior by increasing employee engagement and job satisfaction. This research aims to obtain (1) the level of employee engagement, (2) the level of job satisfaction, (3) the description of organizational civic behavior, (4) the influence of employee engagement on organizational civic behavior, and (5) the influence of job satisfaction on organizational civic behavior (6) the influence of employee engagement and job satisfaction on organizational civic behavior. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is simple random sampling that numbered 88 people. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using smartPLS computer software version 3.0. The results of the study can be known that 1) employee involvement is at a very high level, 2) job satisfaction is at a very high level, 3)organizational civic behavior is at a very high level, 4) employee engagement has a 23.8% influence on organizational civic behavior, 5) job satisfaction has a 64.3% influence on organizational civic behavior, and 6) employee engagement and job satisfaction have an influence of 69.6% on organizational civic behavior. From hypothesis testing it can be known that employee engagement and job satisfaction have an influence on the behavior of organizational citizenship. Low organizational citizenship behavior will have an impact on the productivity of the company. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that companies increase employee engagement through dedication, increase job satisfaction can be improved by providing promotion and supervision, and organizational civic behavior can be improved with aspects of altruism, conscientiousness, and civic virtue. So it is expected that employee involvement and job satisfaction need to be considered further by the company in supporting the improvement of organizational citizenship behavior.
