Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan terkait menurunnya kinerja karyawan Hotel X Bandung, jika dibiarkan terus-menerus akan berdampak terhadap terhambatnya berbagai macam proses bisnis di perusahaan. Dari banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, yang menarik peneliti adalah employee engagement dan organizational citizenship behavior. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior, dan kinerja karyawan di Hotel X Bandung dan juga mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh employee engagement dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel X Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi 62 karyawan dan sampel berjumlah 62 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja karyawan di Hotel X Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa employee engagement dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel X Bandung. This research is motivated by problems related to the decreased employees performance of Hotel X Bandung, the declining performance of employees of Hotel X Bandung, will have an impact on the obstruction of various business processes in the company if happened continously. From so many factors that affect employee performance, which attracts researchers is employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior, and employee performance at Hotel X Bandung and also to know the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, and the effect of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at Hotel X Bandung. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with a population of 62 employees and a sample of 62 employees. The analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Hypotesis tests are using the F-Test and t-Test. The results showed an overview of employee engagement, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at Hotel X Bandung in the high category. From the results of this study it can be seen that employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior affect employee performance at Hotel X Bandung.
