Abstract
The aims of this study is to enhance the performance of sports in pressurized and demanding situations. The research method used a correlation research with a causal-comparative model. The Research population was martial art’s athlete played in the 2019 Sea Games in the Philippines. The sampling technique was used convenience sampling. The Instruments are used of Organizational Stressor Indicator for Sport Performers (OSI-SP) for measuring the frequency of organizational stressors experienced by athletes. Perceived Available Support in Sport Questionnaire (PASS-Q) instruments to measure athletes' perceptions of the extent to which athletes feel they have the support available to them. Performance instruments to measure assess sports performance during the past month, which is the best, and what preparations are made to achieve the good performance. Used the likert scale questionnaires. Categorization of achievements to measure the level of achievement of athletes over the past 5 years. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant correlation between organizational stressor and subjective performance on martial athletes participating in 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines, (2) There was a significant correlation between social support and subjective performance on martial athletes participating in the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines, (3) There was a significant correlation between subjective performance and achievement on martial athletes participating in the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines. This research suggests to overcome coaching stressors and provide effective social support that is matched to the stressors that he or she experiences.
