Abstract
Proses pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Subang Program Keahlian Agrobisnis Produksi Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura (APTN) dengan proses pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis bisnis. Kegiatan pembelajaran siswa yang telah dilakukan ialah dengan melaksanakan usaha budidaya tanaman pangan dan hortikultura meliputi pengolahan tanah, pemberian pupuk dasar, penanaman, pemeliharaan tanaman, pemanenan, dan pemasaran hasil usaha budidaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan hasil belajar siswa tentang pembiakan tanaman secara generatif terhadap minat merintis usaha budidaya tanaman sayuran organik, dan bagaimana keeratan hubunganya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian statistik inferensial yaitu statistik parametris. Populasi semua kelas XI APTN SMKN 2 Subang sebanyak 29 responden, sehingga diambil sampel total/sensus. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan tes untuk hasil belajar dan angket untuk minat. Data diolah dengan analisis statistik yaitu analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan minat merintis usaha responden cenderung tinggi dan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh thitung 0,5370 < ttabel 1,703, yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan hasil belajar dengan minat merintis usaha responden. Pengaruh hasil belajar responden terhadap minat merintis usaha sebesar 1,06%, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa pengaruhnya sangat lemah, diduga faktor lain lebih dominan dalam memunculkan minat responden. Sarannya perlu dilakukan penelitian ulang atau penelitian lanjutan dalam masalah yang sama. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Generatif, Minat, Merintis usaha, Sayuran organik. The learning process in SMK Negeri 2 Subang Skills Program Agribusiness Crop Production and Horticulture (APTN) and business process-based approach to learning. Student learning activities that have been done is to carry out the cultivation of food crops and horticulture include tillage, fertilizer base, planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, and marketing of farming. This study aims to find out how much the relationship of student learning outcomes on the generative plant breeding to interest pioneer of organic vegetable farming, and how the closeness of the relationship. The research method used in this research is to use research methods are statistical parametric inferential statistics. The population of all classes XI APTN SMKN 2 Subang by 29 respondents, so the total sample taken/census. Data collection tool used to test learning outcomes and questionnaire for the interest. The data is processed by statistical analysis of correlation analysis. The results indicated that the learning outcomes of students with an interest in the business of the respondents tend to be high and the data were normally distributed. Product moment correlation analysis results obtained T-hitung 0.5370 < T-table 1.703, which means there is no relationship with the learning outcomes of interest in the business of the respondent. Influence respondents' interest in learning the results of pioneering efforts by 1.06%, so it was concluded that the effect is very weak, other factors thought to be more dominant in eliciting interest in the respondent.
