Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai pendapat ilmuan dan hasil penelitian yang menyebutkan bahwa nilai-nilai agama tidak berhubungan dengan kinerja dan prestasi, indikator yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis pengusaha muslim serta perbedaan antara kinerja bisnis pengusaha muslim rantau dan lokal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha muslim etnis Minangkabau dan etnis lokal di Kota Cirebon. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 pengusaha muslims yang terbagi dalam 3 bidang yakni fotocopy/ATK, fashion dan kuliner. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan alat ukur Maslahah ScoreCard. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua etnis telah melaksanakan kinerja bisnis yang sesuai syariah dengan angka kinerja yang cukup dalam kinerja proses dan kinerja hasil. Pengusaha muslim etnis minangkabau memiliki angka kinerja proses yang cukup 0,679 dan pengusaha muslim etnis lokal 0,663. Sedangkan dalam kinerja hasil keduanya mendapatkan angka kinerja 1 atau telah melaksanakan kemaslahatan dari semua ukuran. Meskipun kinerja hasil mendapatkan nilai penuh pada pelaksanaannya, akan tetapi pencapaian dari setiap target dari para pengusaha muslim etnis Minangkabau dan etnis lokal di Kota Cirebon masih belum optimal. ;---This research is based on various opinions of scientists and the results of research which state that religious values are not related to performance and achievement, indicators that most influence the business performance of Muslim entrepreneurs as well as differences between the business performance of overseas and local Muslim entrepreneurs. The population in this study were Minangkabau and local ethnic Muslim entrepreneurs in the city of Cirebon. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 Muslim entrepreneurs divided into 3 fields namely photocopy / stationery, fashion and culinary. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is using the Mass ScoreCard measurement tool. The results showed that the two ethnic groups carried out shariacompliant business performance with sufficient performance figures in process performance and results performance. Minangkabau ethnic Muslim entrepreneurs have sufficient process performance figures of 0.679 and local ethnic Muslim entrepreneurs 0.663. Whereas in the performance results both get a performance number 1 or have carried out benefits of all sizes. Although the results of the performance get full value in its implementation, the achievement of each target of the Minangkabau ethnic and local ethnic Muslim entrepreneurs in the city of Cirebon is still not optimal.
