Abstract

Museum Sri Baduga berada di Jalan BKR No.185 Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Museum Sri Baduga mempunyai potensi atraksi wisata budaya seperti Pameran Khusus (pameran alat musik tradisional dan pameran kain tradisional), Pertunjukan Seni (seni wayang dan seni musik), dan juga Beda Koleksi Pilihan. Namun potensi tersebut belum dikembangkan secara maksimal untuk menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengembangan terhadap potensi atraksi wisata budaya tersebut, yaitu dengan melakukan pengembangan Pameran Khusus dan Pertunjukan Seni sebagai daya tarik wisata. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan metode analisis deskriptif, dimana peneliti menjabarkan secara detail tanpa ada pelebihan dan pengurangan kata-kata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi apa saja yang dapat mendukung pengembangan atraksi wisata budaya dalam upaya menarik minat wisatawan di Museum Sri Baduga, selanjutnya yang akan dianalisis mengunakan analisis SWOT. Sehingga menghasilkan strategi-strategi yang dapat mendukung pengembangan atraksi wisata budaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa wisatawan menginginkan adanya penambahan tema-tema pameran, mengemas benda koleksi lebih menarik, menciptakan museum dengan nuansa baru yang lebih modern, serta melakukan promosi yang efektif melalui berbagi media. Setelah melakukan penelitian maka mengahsilkan stratregi-strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak pengelola Museum Sri Baduga untuk menarik minat wisatawan berkunjung. Kata Kunci : Atraksi wisata budaya, Minat Wisatawan, Strategi Pengembangan Sri Baduga Museum is located at BKR street No.185 Bandung, West Java Province, Indonesia. Sri Baduga Museum have potential culture tourists attractions such as the Special Exhibition (exhibition of traditional instruments and traditional fabrics exhibition), Performing Art (art puppets and art music), and also Different Preference Collection. However, this potential has not been developed to the maximum to be an attraction for tourists. It is necessary for development of the potential of the culture tourist attraction, namely by developing Special Exhibition and Performing Arts as a tourist attraction. In this study use the descriptive analysis method, in which the researchers describe in detail without the overhead and reduction in the words. This study aims to identify the potential of what can support the development of cultural tourism attractions in an effort to attract tourists in Sri Baduga Museum, which will be further analyzed using SWOT analysis. Until generating strategies that. Based on the result of the study showed that tourists want to the addition of the themes of the exhibition, a collection of objects to package more attractive, creating a museum with a fresh new look that in more modern, and effective promotion through media sharing. After doing some research it produces a rich strategi-strategies that can be used by the manager oh the Sri Baduga Museum to attract tourists to visit.
