Abstract

Tugas akhir ini ditulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah perawatan pada sistem induksi udara dan sistem pembuangan pada kendaraan Toyota Fortuner. Pada Toyota Fortuner ini terdapat masalah pada sensor Mass Air Flow Meter yang tersumbatnya kotoran sehingga dalam pembacaan jumlah udara yang masuk tidak sesuai dengan kondisi standart. Dalam proses perawatan pada sistem induksi udara ini dilakukannya pembersihan komponen-komponen yang ada, terutamanya pada sensor (MAF) Mass Air Flow Meter yang dibersihkan menggunakan carburator cleaner supaya dalam pembacaan jumlah udara yang masuk bekerja dengan semestinya. Hasil dari pemeriksaan dan perawatan terhadap sistem induksi udara pada kendaraan Toyota Fortuner bahwasannya sensor (MAF) setelah dibersihkan efek yang terjadi yakni akselerasi kendaraan pada putaran bawah menimbulkan reaksi yang begitu ringan digunakan.;This final project is written aimed to find out the maintenance steps on the air induction system and the exhaust system on Toyota Fortuner vehicles. In this Toyota Fortuner there is a problem with the Mass Air Flow Meter sensor which is clogged up with dirt so that the reading of the amount of air entering is not in accordance with standard conditions. In the process of maintenance on this air induction system, it cleans existing components, especially the sensor (MAF) Mass Air Flow Meter which is cleaned using a carburetor cleaner so that the reading of the amount of air entering works properly. The results of the inspection and maintenance of the air induction system on Toyota Fortuner vehicles is that the sensor (MAF) after cleaning the effect that occurs is the acceleration of the vehicle at the bottom rotation causes a reaction that is so lightly used.
