Abstract
Atribut hotel adalah salah satu hal penting yang membuat tamu memutuskan di hotel mana ia akan menginap. Selain itu pada tahap kedua dari perilaku pembelian oleh tamu, Sumber Informasi yang mereka cari juga dapat menjadi faktor yang dinilai penting ketika memutuskan untuk menginap di upscale hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penilaian penting tamu terhadap Atribut Hotel dan Sumber Informasi sebagai faktor yang membuat mereka memutuskan menginap di upscale hotel, juga untuk menganalisis perbedaan penilaian penting tamu terhadap faktor tersebut berdasarkan karakteristik mereka. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji mann whitney u-test dan kruskal wallis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor ‘Pelayanan yang Baik’ dinilai sebagai faktor sangat penting bagi tamu ketika mereka memutuskan menginap di upscale hotel. Selanjutnya, terdapat perbedaan faktor terpenting yang dipilih tamu berdasarkan perbedaan gender tamu, usia, domisili, penghasilan, dan tujuan menginap tamu. Dengan hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan pengetahuan mengenai faktor-faktor penting yang telah dipillih oleh tamu ketika mereka memutuskan menginap di upscale hotel.;--The hotel attribute is one of the important things that makes guests decide which hotel to stay. In addition, the second stage of buying behavior by guests, the Information Source they are looking for can also be an important factor when deciding to stay at upscale hotel. The purpose of this study are to analyze how guests evaluate the Hotel Attributes & Information Sources as a factor that made them decide to stay at an upscale hotel, also to analyze differences in guest important ratings of these factors based on their characteristics. This study is a quantitative research and using descriptive statistical analysis, Mann Whitney U-test and Kruskal Wallis test. The results of this study indicate that the 'Good Service' factor is considered a very important factor for guests when they decide to stay at upscale hotel. Furthermore, there are differences in the most important factors that guests choose based on the gender differences of guests, age, domicile, income, and purpose of staying guests. With the results of this study, it is expected to become an additional knowledge about the important factors that have been selected by guests when they decide to stay at an upscale hotel.
