Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatarbelakangi mengenai permasalahan gaya komunikasi authoritative guru terhadap efektivitas belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Penulis mengambil objek penelitian di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Salah satu permasalahannya adalah mengenai efektivitas belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan dari penelitian ini terdapat beberapa tujuan yaitu, 1). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran efektivitas gaya komunikasi authoritative yang diterapkan oleh guru kepada siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung.2). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran tingkat efektivitas belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung.3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya komunikasi authoritative guru terhadap efektivitas belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksplanatory survey adalah metode survei untuk menjelaskan antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh gaya komunikasiauthoritative guru terhadap efektivitas belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa gaya komunikasi authoritativeguru terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap efektivitas belajar siswa kelas X administrasi perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Kota Bandung. ----- This research is motivated by the problem of the teacher’s authoritative communication styles towards effectiveness of student learning in grade X of office administration class at Vocational School of Pasundan 1 Bandung. The researcher takes the object of study in Vocational School of Pasundan 1 Bandung. One of the problems is about the effectiveness of student learning in grade X of administration office class in academic year of 2015/2016. There are several objectives from this research, i.e. 1). To find effectiveness out the communication style authoritativeadopted by the teacher in grade X of administration office class at Vocational School of Pasundan 1 Bandung. 2). To find level out the image of the effectiveness of student learning in grade X of administration office class at Vocational School of Pasundan 1 Bandung. 3). To find out the influence of teachers authoritative communication style on the effectiveness of student learning of grade X of administration office class at Vocational School of Pasundan 1 Bandung. The method used by the researcher in this study is an explanatory survey method, a survey method to explain the variables through hypothesis testing. The result of this study show that there is an influence of teachers' authoritative communication style towards of the effectiveness of student learning in grade X of administration office class at Vocational School of Pasundan 1 Bandung. This study has shown that teachers authoritative communication style proved significantly toward the effectiveness of class X student administration office at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung.
