Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “ Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Sekolah terhadap Disiplin Kerja Guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Lembang”. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru pada lima gugus SD Negeri di Kecamatan Lembang dengan sampel sebanyak 120 guru. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS statistics versi 23,0. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukan Iklim Organisasi Sekolah termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,30 dan Disiplin Kerja Guru termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,37. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara iklim organisasi sekolah dengan disiplin kerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,746. Besarnya pengaruh Iklim Organisasi sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru ditunjukan dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 55,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 44,3% menunjukan disiplin kerja guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t yaitu t_hitung > t_tabel (12,179 ≥ 2,040), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel ini yaitu Ŷ = 12,631 + 0,746X yang artinya jika Iklim Organisasi Sekolah (X) bertambah satu satuan dengan tingkat keberhasilan usaha sebesar 12,631, maka nilai disiplin kerja guru (Y) akan bertambah sebesar 0,746. Dengan kata lain, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi sekolah dengan disiplin kerja guru. ---- The entitle of this research is “The effects of School Organizational Climate on teachers work discipline in Public primary school of Kecamatan Lembang”. The purpose of this research is generally to determine the effects of School Organizational Climate on teachers work discipline in public primary school in Kecamatan Lembang. This research had used descriptive method and quantitative approach. Questioner was a technique to collected data. The population was using five gugus of public primary school in Kecamatan Lembang, which counted 120 teachers as participants. The analysis of this research was using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS Satistics 23,0. WMS counted results were showing that the general tendency of School organizational climate, included as the excellence category (3,30) and the teachers work discipline were included as the excellence too (3,37). Correlations analyze result show that the relationship between school organizational climate with teachers work discipline were strong, which fall on 0,746. The magnitude of the effects of school organizational climate on teachers work discipline are showing by coefficient correlations calculations result, which is 55,7%, then 44,3% are effected by another factors. The results of signification analyses by tanalyses are tcounting > ttabel or 12,179 ≥ 2,040, it’s mean that there are a significations relationship between X variable and Y. The regression equations of these variable are Ŷ = 12,631 + 0,746X, which if the school organizational climate add a unit (12,361), teachers work discipline even will increase amount 0,746. These means, there are positive and significant effects among the school organizational climate an Teachers work discipline.
