Abstract
Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki resiko gempa yang tinggi. Hampir seluruh wilayah memiliki potensi terkena gempa baik rendah, menengah maupun tinggi. Kondisi alam ini menyebabkan diperlukannya suatu rancangan sistem struktur tahan gempa pada setiap struktur bangunan yang akan didirikan di wilayah Indonesia, khususnya yang dibangun di wilayah dengan resiko gempa menengah hingga tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja struktur berdasarkan nilai drift karena pengaruh gempa rencana. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah gedung Apartement Technoplex Living Bandung yang merupakan salah satu bangunan yang memiliki bentuk struktur asimetris. Pada bangunan asimetris terdapat kemungkinan terjadi puntir atau kelelehan pada elemen struktur akibat gedung yang menerima beban gempa. Analisis gempa pada struktur asimetris dapat dilakukan dengan analisis time history. Pada level gempa rencana digunakan akselerogram 3 gempa aktual pilihan, dimana nilai rata-rata percepatan respon spektrumnya harus berdekatan dengan nilai percepatan rata-rata respon spektrum gempa rencana pada periode 0,2T – 1,5T. Berdasarkan hasil analisistime history Gedung Apartement Technoplex Living menunjukan drift maksimum di lantai atap sebesar 11,94 cm pada sumbu X dan 9,88cm pada sumbu Y. Adapun kriteria kinerja struktur gedungnya termasuk kedalam level kinerja gedung Immediate Occupancy. Kata kunci: Percepatan gempa, respon struktur, analisis timehistory, kinerja struktur, Indonesia is one of the countries with high earthquake risk. Almost all areas have the potential to be hit by low, medium or high quake. This natural condition led to the need for an earthquake resistant structural system design on every structure of the building to be established in Indonesia, especially built in areas with medium to high earthquake risk. This study aims to determine the performance of structures based on drift values due to the influence of the earthquake plan. Case study in this research is Apartment Apartment Technoplex Living Bandung which is one of the buildings that have the form of asymmetric structure. In asymmetrical buildings there is the possibility of torsion or melting of structural elements due to buildings that accept earthquake loads. Seismic analysis of the asymmetric structure can be done with time history analysis. At the earthquake level the plan used the accelerated 3-seater accelerogram, where the average value of acceleration of the spectrum response should be adjacent to the average acceleration value of the earthquake response spectrum plan in the period of 0.2T - 1.5T. Based on the analysis result of time history of Building Apartments Technoplex Living showed maximum drift on the roof floor of 11.94 cm on the X axis and 9.88 cm on the Y axis. The performance criteria of the building structure are included in the performance level of the Immediate Occupancy building.
