Abstract

Kajian utama dalam penelitian ini adalah terjadinya fluktuasi pendapatan para petani tanaman hias. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap pendapatan melalui mediasi modal usaha. Pendapatan pada penelitian ini diukur dengan variabel perilaku kewirausahaan dan variabel modal usaha. Total pendapatan petani diperoleh dari jumlah pendapatan rata-rata yang dihitung tiap bulannya selama lima bulan terakhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey eksplanatori. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan uji statistic path analisis. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah petani tanaman hias di Desa Cihideung Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewirausahaan dalam memediasi perilaku kewirausahaan terhadap pendapatan melalui mediasi modal usaha. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) diketahui bahwa variabel penelitian yang terdiri dari perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Untuk pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) variabel perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Rekomendasi bagi para petani tanaman hias di Desa Cihideung Kecamatan Parongpong Kabupaten Bandung Barat harus dapat memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan, baik dari faktor perilaku kewirausahaan dan modal usaha ataupun faktor-faktor lain yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan, guna mencapai tujuan usaha dan mempertahankan kelangsungan usaha. The main study in this research is the fluctuation of income of the farmers of ornamental plants. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the effect of entrepreneurial behavior on income through business capital mediation. Revenue in this research is measured by entrepreneurship behavior variable and business capital variable. Total farmers' income is derived from the average amount of income calculated on a monthly basis over the last five months. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. Data analysis technique is done by descriptive analysis and using statistical path analysis test. Subjects in this study were ornamental plant farmers in Cihideung Village Parongpong Subdistrict West Bandung Regency. The results show that entrepreneurial behavior in mediating entrepreneurial behavior toward income through business capital mediation. Based on the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously (F test) it is known that research variables consisting of entrepreneurial behavior and business capital have a significant positive effect on income. To test the hypothesis partially (t test) entrepreneurship behavior variable and business capital have a significant positive effect to income. Recommendations for ornamental plants farmers in Cihideung Village Parongpong Subdistrict West Bandung Regency should be able to understand the factors that can affect the income, either from entrepreneurial behavior factor and business capital or other factors that are suspected to have an impact on income, in order to achieve the goal Business and sustain business.
