Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada trafo tenaga dengan mengumpulkan informasi data tentang kerusakan-kerusakan pada trafo tenaga, dimana data disimpan berurutan melalui basis pengetahuan yang saling berkaitan sampai memberikan solusi dari fakta-fakta tentang kerusakan pada trafo tenaga. Perancangan aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman Visual Basic 6 dan database server Ms Access 2007. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode mekanisme inferensi forward chaining (penalaran maju). Hasil dari pembangunan aplikasi ini memberikan solusi kepada pengguna dengan efektif setelah pengguna memberikan informasi ke dalam sistem mengenai masalah kerusakan pada trafo tenaga sehingga efisiensi waktu dapat teratasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya ahli dalam bidang trafo tenaga. Sistem ini juga dapat dikembangkan kembali oleh pakar dan admin dengan penambahan data, update data maupun hapus data dalam pengembangan sistem. Kata Kunci : forward chaining, sistem pakar, trafo tenaga This study aims to build an expert system application that can be used to detect damage to the power transformer with collecting information and data about the damage to the power transformer, where the data is stored sequentially through interlinked knowledge base to provide solutions of the facts about the damage to the power transformer. The design of this application is made with the programming language Visual Basic 6 and Ms. Access 2007 database server. The method used in this study using forward chaining inference mechanism (forward reasoning). The results of the development of this application provides an effective solution to the user after the user with information into the system on the issue of damage to the power transformer so that the efficiency of the time can be resolved. The results of this study are expected to be the solution to overcome the lack of experts in the field of power transformer. This system can also be developed by experts and admin again with the addition of data, update data and delete data in the system development.
