Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan di SMK, yaitu menyiapkan lulusannya untuk bekerja dalam keahlian yang relevan dengan bekal pengetahuan, psikomotor dan sikap sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan industri atau berwirausaha. Siswa SMK harus diberikan pembelajaran pengembangan karakter wirausaha, untuk bekal mandiri di masyarakat.Proses pembelajaran di SMK, diharapkansecaralangsungdapatmembekaliparasiswanya, denganberbagaipengetahuan yang diberikan, penanamansikapdannilai-nilaisertaketerampilanmelaluiprakteklapangan.Rendahnya kompetensi dan karakter wirausaha siswa, yang menyebabkan lulusan SMK belum siap untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja, baik untuk dirinya sendiri atau menjadi wirausahawan. Perananparawirausahawanpadasuatunegara yang sedangberkembang, tidakdapatdiabaikanterutamadalammelaksanakanpembangunan.Tujuandaripenelitianiniuntukmengetahui besarnya perkembangan Karakter Wirausaha Siswa di Bidang Industri Kreatif Fesyenmelalui implementasi Model TF-6M di SMK. Teori dan konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniyaitu konsep yang berkaitandenganpeningkatanhasil belajar, peningkatanhard skills dan soft skills dalam pengembangan karakter wirausaha, Model TF-6M, danindustri kreatif fesyen. Metode yang dipergunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan adalah melalui quasi eksperimen, pendekatan kuantitatif ,deskriftif. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui tes kognitif, penyebaran angket, observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel menggunakansampelpopulasi.Hasil daripenelitian sebagai berikut: pengembangan kemampuan karakter wirausaha siswa di Bidang Industri Kreatif Fesyentermasuk kategori tinggi. Peningkatan kemampuan hard skillspada Mata Pelajaran Kelompok Wajib C termasuk kriteria sangat tinggi. Peningkatan kemampuan soft skillspada Mata Pelajaran Kelompok Wajib C termasuk kriteria tinggi.(4).peningkatan kemampuan kognitif pada Mata Pelajaran Kelompok Wajib C termasuk kriteria sangat tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif, kemampuan karakter wirausaha, peningkatan kemampuan soft skillstermasuk kriteria tinggi dan mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan dan positif. Peningkatan hard skills siswa termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, dan mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Persepsi siswa terhadap karakter wirausaha, pembelajaran Model TF-6M termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dan mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan pada setiap treatment Model TF-6M. Rekomendasi yaitu perlu diimplementasikan Model TF-6M di SMK secara lebih luas agar mampu mengembangkan karakter wirausaha siswa bidang Industri Kreatif Fesyen, mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan, hard skills dan soft skills sehingga mampu berwirausaha, memberikan pengalaman positif dan realistik, dan bermakna dalam kehidupan.;--- The purpose of education in SMK is growing, not only to full the needs of job titel of industry, or continous to higher education, but more focus in develoving enterupreneurs characters for stand alone.Provession in community, learning proces in SMK, hopefully directly give the provision to student, with with many land of knowledge that already given, planning and values of attitudes, also the skills though field practice, low of students competensi and student entreupreneurship. That could, SMK graduates are not ready to create job field, wether for him selfour become entreupreneurs, exam though, entreupreneurs role in developing country, cant be ignored especialy implement depelopment purpose of this research, to know how big this contribution of implementation Teaching Factory Six Steps Model (TF-6M) in developing students entreupreneurs characters in the field of creatif fashion in SMK. Theory and concept that use in this research is the concept that related with the enchanhment learning result increasing hard skills and soft skills, developing enterupreneurs character of six step teaching factory model and creatif fashion industry, the methodes that use to ensuler the problem is trough the experiment quasi, quantitative aproach, descrictive, data colletcting implementated by cognitif test, sperading quesionare, observation, interview and documentation study, the sample that use is sample of population. The result of this research .Developing the ability of student entereupreneurs character, in the creative fashion industry is high category,Increasing hard skills ability in the required group subject is high catewgory, Increasing soft skills abiltiy in the requiredof group subject is high category. Increasing cognitive ability in the required of group subject is high category. Student perseption about entreupreneurs caracter is high category The conclussion of this research is increasing the result of cognitive learning, entereupreneurs character ablility, increasing soft skills ablility is high category and increasing very significant and positive. Increasing student hard skills is high category and its incresing very significant and positive. TF-6M model the recomendation that is expect to inreasing and expand implementation learning model TF-6M, for developed student entreupreneurs, in the crative fashion industry field, increasing learning result knowledge, hard skill and soft skill to thge entreupreneurs according to community needs, is need to developed learning that giving positif experience, and realistist and very meaning in the life.
