Abstract
Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui dan membuktikan secara empiris tentang efektivitas teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa. Masalah utama penelitian adalah “Apakah keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan adiksi jejaring sosial dapat ditingkatkan melalui teknik sosiodrama?”. Untuk melihat keefektifan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan siswa dengan kelompok siswa yang memiliki keterampilan rendah dan memiliki kecenderungan adiksi jejaring sosial dengan siswa yang hanya memiliki keterampilan rendah tetapi tidak memiliki kecenderungan adiksi jejaring sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen kuasi dengan desain nonequivalent (Pre-test and Post-test) Control-Group Design (pre-test dan post-test pada dua kelompok), yaitu kelompok eksperimen (kelompok A1 dan kelompok A2) dan kelompok kontrol (kelompok B1 dan kelomoik B2). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 24 siswa berdasarkan standar kelompok ideal dengan jumlah anggota pada setiap kelompok 5 anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal pada sampel penelitian sebelum mendapatkan intervensi keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal berada pada kategori rendah dan setelah memperoleh intervensi meningkat pada kategori sedang dan tinggi; (2) Teknik sosiodrama yang diujikan memiliki daya pengaruh baik, yaitu menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan perubahan skor secara keseluruhan tidak ada siswa yang mengalami penurunan untuk keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dan untuk skor kecenderungan adiksi jejaring sosial mengalami penurunan. Rekomendasi penelitian ditunjukkan kepada (1) guru bimbingan dan konseling (konselor); dan (2) peneliti selanjutnya. --- The purpose of the research is to find out and prove empirically about the effectiveness of sosiodrama techniques to improve interpersonal communication skills in students. The main problem of the research was "what is the interpersonal communication skills of students who have a tendency of social networking adiksi can be upgraded through the technique of sosiodrama?", to see the effectiveness will be conducted by uses comparing students with groups of students who have low skills and has a tendency adiksi social networking with students who have only a low skills but don't have the tendency of adiksi social networking. The method of research used quasi experimental design i.e. nonequivalent (Pre test and Post test) Control-Group Design (pre test and post test on two groups), a group of experiments (groups A1 and A2) and control group (group B1 and B2). Sample research consist of 24 students based on the standards of the ideal group with the number of members in each group of 5 members. The result (1) interpersonal communication skill on a sample of research before getting the interpersonal communication skill intervention is at a low category and after acquiring the intervention increased the categories medium and high; (2) The sosiodrama technique to be tested had a good influence, that generate a significant increase in overall score changes no students who decline to interpersonal and communication skills to score adiksi the social networking trend decline. Research recommendations are indicated to the supervising teacher (1) the teacher’s guidance and counseling (counselor); and (2) researchers.
