Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara family resilience dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada PNS wanita di Kota Bandung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 388 PNS wanita yang mempunyai status sebagai seorang istri di Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan convenience sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire (WFRQ) untuk mengukur family resilience dan Dynamic Adjustment Scale (DAS) untuk mengukur kepuasan pernikahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis Spearman’s Rho untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Penelitian ini memperoleh korelasi sebesar 0,342 dengan kontribusi sebesar 12% yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang lemah antara family resilience dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada PNS wanita di Kota Bandung. Dengan kata lain, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pernikahan pada PNS wanita di Kota Bandung. ; The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between family resilience and marital satisfaction of women Civil Servants in Bandung City. The sample of this research are 388 women Civil Sevants that have status as wife in Bandung City by using convenience sampling as the sampling technique. The data was obtained through Walsh Family Resilience Questionnaire (WFRQ) to measure the family resilience and Dynamic Adjustment Scale (DAS) to measure the marital satisfaction. This research used the correlational quantitative approach with Spearman’s Rho analysis technique to find the relationship between the variable. This research obtained correlation by 0,342 with contribution by 12% which shows that there is a weak positive relationship between the family resilience and the marital satisfaction of women Civil Servants in Bandung City. In other words, there are other factors which can influence the marital satisfaction of women Civil Servants in Bandung City.
