Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tidak adanya waktu standar yang spesifik pada aspek waktu pemesinan bubut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran waktu pemotongan dan waktu pemesinan serta mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara waktu pemotongan dengan waktu pemesinan pada pelaksanaan uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan bidang pemesinan bubut di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelasional dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa. Data dijaring melalui studi observasi secara langsung pada pelaksanaan uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan teknik pemesinan untuk pekerjaan membubut, yang meliputi membubut rata, bertingkat, tirus, chamfer, alur, ulir, bor dan kartel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa waktu pemotongan berhubungan dengan waktu pemesinan pada uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan bidang pemesinan bubut dengan tingkat hubungan kuat. The background of this research is , the absence of standard time on specific aspects of the machining time lathe. This research aims to understand the description cutting time and machining time, and knowing how big the relations between cutting time with machining time lathe on the implementation of competency test practices vocational machining in Vocational High School 6 Bandung (SMKN 6 Bandung) academic year 2013 / 2014. Methods used to research this is descriptive method of correlational with the subject of research as many as 30 students. Nabbed data through observation study directly at the implementation of competency test practices vocational machining technique for employment lathe, the work includes lathe flattened, decker, tyre to chamfer, groove, a threaded, drill and cartel. The research results show that the time of cutting deals with machining competency test of time on the field of vocational practices machining strong relations with the lathe .
