    Abstract

    Penelitian bertujuan menguji efektivitas layanan bimbingan berbasis experiential learning dalam mengembangkan orientasi masa depan anak jalanan usia remaja binaan Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi pretest posttest control group design. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri Yogyakarta dengan mengambil populasi penelitian anak jalanan usia remaja yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 15 anak jalanan usia remaja. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen orientasi masa depan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara empirik, intervensi layanan bimbingan berbasis experiential learning efektif dalam mengembangkan orientasi masa depan anak jalanan usia remaja binaan Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri Yogyakarta. Efektivitas layanan dapat dilihat dari hasil uji U Mann Whitney dengan perolehan p = 0,000 yang berarti layanan bimbingan berbasis experiential learning memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan orientasi masa depan. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada konselor dalam melakukan intervensi pengembangan orientasi masa depan anak jalanan dapat menggunakan layanan bimbingan berbasis experiential learning dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan intervensi layanan bimbingan berbasis experiential learning secara komprehensif dengan melakukan kolaborasi dengan komponen rumah singgah, keluarga, maupun masyarakat lingkungan anak jalanan. The study aims to test the effectiveness of experiential learning-based guidance services in developing future orientation of street children built by Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri Yogyakarta. The study using quantitative approach by using a quasi-experimental research method with pretest posttest control group design. The study was conducted at Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri Yogyakarta. The population of this study is youth street children in Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri and sample taking by purposive sampling technique, using future orientation instrument. The results showed empirically, intervention experiential learning-based guidance services effective in developing future-orientation of street children in Rumah Singgah Anak Mandiri Yogyakarta. The effectiveness of the services can be seen from the results of the Mann Whitney test with the acquisition p = 0.000 which means experiential learning-based guidance services have a significant impact on the development of future orientation. Counselors can use experiential learning based guidance services in developing future orientation and further researchers can develop comprehensive experiential learning based guidance service by doing collaboration with shelter component, family, and community environment of street children.
