Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul ”Pelestarian Seni Gondang Buhun Di Kampung Kuta Kecamatan Tambaksari Kabupaten Ciamis”. Permasalahan yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini yaitu kesenian gondang buhun di kampung Kuta sudah jarang dipertunjukan, hal itu menyebabkan kekhawatiran akan kepunahan kesenian tersebut maka diadakan proses pewarisan seni gondang buhun. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai upaya pelestarian seni khususnya kesenian di daerah kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis melalui pendekatan kualitatif yang memberikan gambaran secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai faktor-faktor dan sifat-sifat tertentu yang terdapat dalam objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pelestarian seni gondang buhun dilakukan dengan proses pewarisan dan proses pelatihan yang dilakukan para pewaris dan ahli waris. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa setelah adanya proses pewarisan dan proses pelatihan seni gondang buhun, saat ini di kampung Kuta terlahir dua group seni gondang buhun. This study, entitled "Preservation the Arts of Gondang Buhun In Kuta-Tambaksari, Ciamis District". The problems of the background for this study, namely the arts gondang Buhun in Kuta is rarely performed, it causes fears of extinction the arts, then held in heritance process of arts gondang buhun. The aim of this study as aneffort to preservethe art, especially art in Ciamis district. This study used descriptive qualitative analysis approach that providesa systematic and accurate picture of the factor sandcertain properties contained in the object of research. Based on the research, that the preservation the art of gondang Buhun do with the process of inheritance and the process of training conducted by the testator and the heir. The conclusion of this study that after the process of inheritance and process of training the art of gondang Buhun, currently in the village of Kuta born two groups the art of gondang Buhun.
