Abstract
Profitabilitas merupakan salah satu indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini profitabilitas pada perusahaan Kawasan Industri Jababeka menunjukkan penurunan pada dua tahun terakhir, dibandingkan dengan perusahaan – perusahaan properti sejenis yang mengalami peningkatan profitabilitas. Penurunan profitabilitas tersebut menunjukkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang menurun, dengan demikian kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba juga ikut menurun. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan profitabilitas pada perusahaan Kawasan Industri Jababeka, salah satunya adalah capital structure yang merupakan gambaran pendanaan perusahaan atas modal yang digunakannya. Untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh pada penelitian ini maka digunakanlah Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) sebagai rasio dari capital structure dan Return On Asset (ROA) sebagai rasio dari profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan desain penelitian time series design. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 5 % menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Nilai Sig. sebesar 0.02 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu capital structure berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Profitability is one of the indicators used to measure the financial performance of the company. In this study the profitability of the company Jababeka Industrial Area designation decline in the last two years compared to the company - a company of similar properties to increase profitability. The decline in the profitability of the company's financial performance which showed decreases, thus the company's ability to generate profits also decreased. There are several factors that cause a decrease in the profitability of the company Jababeka Industrial Estate, one of which is a capital structure that is a picture of corporate funding on capital employed. To determine the image and influence on this study it is used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) as the ratio of capital structure and return on assets (ROA) as the ratio of profitability. This type of research is a descriptive study and verification research design time series design. Statistical analysis used a simple linear regression with a significance level α = 5% using the tool SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Value Sig. at 0:02 <0.05 indicates that the hypothesis is accepted that capital structure negatif effect on profitability.
