Abstract

Melihat kinerja tugas wasit yang tidak mudah dalam memimpin pertandingan, apalagi dengan waktu pertandingan yang cukup lama, serta pengambilan keputusan dalam hitungan detik, maka wasit harus memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam memimpin pertandingan futsal. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit dengan keberhasilan memimpin pertandingan futsal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel wasit laki-laki yang berstatus lisensi wasit futsal yang berada di Pengcab PSSI Kota Bandung penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah angket tentang kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan tingkat keberhasilan memimpin pertandingan futsal. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji porsentase, uji t, dan uji korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian, diperoleh temuan bahwa secara umum tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit futsal Pengcab PSSI Kota Bandung berada pada kategori cukup, dan tingkat keberhasilan memimpin pertandingan futsal Pengcab PSSI Kota Bandung berada pada kategori baik, dan hubungan tingkat kepercayaan diri dengan keberhasilan memimpin pertandingan futsal Pengcab PSSI Kota Bandung adalah memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi sedang. Atas dasar temuan yang didapatkan, disarankan agar para wasit futsal harus memiliki kepercayaan diri yang baik dalam keberhasilan memimpin pertandingan futsal Pengcab PSSI Kota Bandung Looking at the performance of the task that the referee is not easy in the lead, especially with the game long enough time, and decision making in a matter of seconds, the referee should have confidence in leading futsal match. The purpose of this study was to determine the general level of confidence in relation to the success of the lead of futsal referee in the match. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Samples referees were male referees who have license status residing in Bandung author the PSSI Pengcab using purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire about the confidence and ability to lead futsal success rate. Data analysis using validity, reliability test, normality test, porsentase, t-test, and correlation. Based on the results of the research data processing, obtained the finding that the general level of confidence futsal referee Pengcab PSSI Bandung is located in the pretty category, and the rate of success leading the PSSI Pengcab futsal match, Bandung is located in either category, and the relationship with the level of confidence of success lead futsal PSSI Pengcab Bandung is having a moderate correlation coefficient. On the basis of the findings obtained, it is suggested that the futsal referees should have good confidence in the success of the lead futsal Pengcab PSSI Bandung
