Abstract
Abstrak. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh upaya mengoptimalkan potensi siswa. Salah satu dasar pencapaian potensi dengan megetahui bakat dan kreativitas siswa. Bakat dan kreativitas merupakan dua faktor internal yang memiliki hubungan dengan prestasi belajar. Cara mengetahui bakat dan kreativitas siswa dengan penggunaan tes bakat (Intelligenz Structure Test) dan tes kreativitas. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah Intelligenz Structure Test dan Tes Kreativitas dapat memprediksi prestasi belajar siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode desktiptif korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian siswa SMA Negeri 1 Banjar, SMP Negeri 1 Banjar, SMP Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya, SMP Negeri 1 Cimahi, dan SMP Labschool UPI tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, total sampel adalah 351 siswa. Hasil penelitian terhadap prestasi belajar menunjukan : (a) Intelligenz Structure Test dapat memprediksi setiap mata pelajaran, (b) Intelligenz Structure Test dapat memprediksi rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa, (c) Tes Kreativitas dapat memprediksi setiap mata pelajaran, (d) Tes Kreativitas dapat memprediksi rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa, (e) Intelligenz Structure Test dan Tes Kreativitas dapat memprediksi setiap mata pelajaran, dan (f) Intelligenz Structure Test dan Tes Kreativitas dapat memprediksi rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Validitas Prediktif, Intelligenz Structure Tes, Tes Kreativitas, Prestasi Belajar Abstract. The study is motivated by an attempt to optimize the potential of the students. One of the basic achievement to know potential with talent and creativity of students. Talent and creativity are internal factors that have a relationship with learning achievement. How to find the talent and creativity of students with the use of aptitude tests (Intelligenz Structure Test) and tests of creativity. The purpose of the study to determine whether Intelligenz Structure Test and Creativity Test can predict student achievement. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlation method desktiptif. Data collection techniques used in the research is the study documentation. Poulation used are SMA 1 Banjar, Banjar SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 1 Tasikmalaya, SMP Negeri 1 Cimahi, and junior high school year 2013/2014 Labschool UPI. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the total sample was 351 students. The results of research on learning achievement showed: (a) Structure Intelligenz Test can predict each subject, (b) Structure Intelligenz Test can predict the average student achievement, (c) Creativity Test can predict each subject, (d) Test of Creativity can predict the average student achievement, (e) Intelligenz Structure Creativity Test and Test can predict each subject, and (f) Test and Test Structure Intelligenz Creativity can predict the average student achievement.
