Abstract
Kurikulum 2013 merupakan pengembangan dari kurikulum KTSP. Di dalam kurikulum 2013 terdapat empat Kompetensi Inti (KI), yaitu KI-1 (sikap religi), KI-2 (sikap sosial), KI-3 (pengetahuan) dan KI-4 (keterampilan). KI-1 dan KI-2 terintegrasi di dalam KI-3 dan KI-4 sehingga indikator untuk sikap tidak tercantum di dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Pengembangan dan pembentukan sikap siswa dapat dilakukan melalui pembelajaran langsung dan pembelajaran tidak langsung. Pendekatan pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum 2013 adalah Scientific Approach dengan kegiatan mengamati, menanya, mencoba/ eksperimen/eksplorasi, mengolah informasi dan mengkomunikasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat muatan sikap dan Scientific Approach dalam RPP dan keterlaksanaannya dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, observasi pembelajaran, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Piloting Kurikulum 2013 Cluster tiga di kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum muatan kompetensi sikap dalam RPP sebesar 48,21% dengan kategori kurang. Muatan Scientific Approach dalam RPP sebesar 69,17% serta keterlaksanaannya adalah 57,84%. Rendahnya muatan sikap, Scientific Approach di dalam RPP dan keterlaksanaannya berimplikasi pada pembentukan sikap siswa dalam pembelajaran terlihat dari 18 sikap yang diamati hanya lima sikap yang menjadi kebiasaan siswa. Keadaan ini dikhawatirkan akan menghambat tercapainya tujuan implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dan tujuan pendidikan nasional untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Curriculum 2013 is the development of curriculum KTSP. In this curriculum there were four competencies (KI) are KI-1 (religious attitudes), KI-2 (social attitudes), KI-3 (knowledge) and KI-4 (skill). KI-1 and KI-2 integrated in the KI-3 and KI-4. Impactly, the indicator for attitudes are not listed in the Lesson Plan (RPP). Development and establishment of student attitudes can be done through by direct learning and indirect learning. One of Learning approach in Curriculum 2013 is Scientific Approach with do activities like observing, questioning, experiment/ trying/exploration, processing and communicate information. The aim of the study is to observe the content attitude and Scientific Approach in the RPP and its appropriateness in learning. This is a descriptive study by using purposive sampling technique. The data obtained through the study of the documentation, observation, and interviews. The sample of the study is a Cluster III’s Senior High School that piloting by Curriculum 2013 at Bandung. The results of the study showed in generally, the content of attitude competencies in the RPP is 48,21% with less category. The Content of Scientific Approach in the RPP is 69,17% and its appropriateness is 57,84%. This result has implications for the establishment of student attitudes in learning. Based on the result of the study, only five students' attitudes become habitual from the 18 student attitudes have been observed. This situation is feared to hamper the achievement of the implementation of Curriculum 2013 and the national education goals to shaped the character of students.
