Abstract
Efektivitas pengambilan keputusan merupakan aspek penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus karena pengambilan keputusan merupakan inti dari kepemimpinan. Diantara faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengambilan keputusan adalah pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen dan strategi pengambilan keputusan. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen dan strategi pengambilan keputusan terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan. Sedangakan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, gambaran strategi pengambilan keputusan terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dan pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen dan strategi pengambilan keputusan terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan kepala SMP Se – Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 orang guru dan kepala sekolah di 26 Sekolah Menengah Pertama Se – Kota Bandung yang diambil dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket tertutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen dan strategi pengambilan keputusan terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan cukup signifikan hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai perhitungan skor dari setiap variabel penelitian yang sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ada beberapa rekomendasi yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan, diantaranya pemanfaatan sistem informasi manajemen yang bermutu selalu dipertahankan jika perlu terus ditingkatkan agar arus informasi lebih mudah sampai dan lebih cepat dijadikan bahan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, strategi pengambilan keputusan harus disesuaikan dengan setiap masalah yang ada. Efektivitas pengambilan keputusan merupakan hal yang penting bagi organisasi untuk itu agar keputusan tersebut efektif diperlukan dukungan informasi yang mutakhir dan strategi pengambilan keputusan yang berorientasi pada masalah. The effectiveness of decision-making is an important aspect that needs special attention because the decision making is at the core of leadership. Among the factors - factors that influence the effectiveness of decision-making is the use of management information systems and decision-making strategies. The problem in this study is how much influence the utilization of management information systems and decision-making strategies on the effectiveness of decision making. While the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of information systems management on the effectiveness of decision-making, decision-making strategies overview of the effectiveness of decision-making and influence the utilization of management information systems and decision-making strategies on the effectiveness of decision – making principals junior high school in Bandung . The method used in this research is descriptive method . The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents , with a total sample of 104 teachers and principals in 26 Junior High School Se - Bandung taken with Proportionate stratified random sampling technique . Data was collected using a questionnaire enclosed . The results showed that the effect of the use of management information systems and decision-making strategies on the effectiveness of decision-making is significant this is evidenced by calculating the value of each variable scores very high research. Based on the research results , there are some necessary recommendations to improve the effectiveness of decision-making , including the use of management information system quality is always maintained if it needs to be improved so that the flow of information easier and faster to be used as a basis for decision making , strategic decisions must be tailored to the any problems that exist . The effectiveness of decision-making is essential for organizations to it that the decision effectively required the support of cutting-edge information and strategy -oriented decision-making problems .
