Abstract

Psychological well-being adalah kondisi seseorang yang bukan hanya bebas dari tekanan atau masalah mental saja, tetapi kondisi mental yang dianggap sehat dan berfungsi maksimal. Memberikan perlindungan dan bimbingan kepada remaja, diperlukan kondisi mental yang sehat dan positif. Peranan penting remaja sebagai generasi penerus bangsa perlu perhatian terhadap psychological well-being remaja. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh profil psychological well-being pada peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri Darmaraja dan implikasinya pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability sampling (sampling jenuh), dengan subjek 375 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah ryff psycholodycal well-being scale. Penelitian menggunakan perhitungan dengan teknik analisis statistika deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar peserta didik kelas X di SMAN Darmaraja berada pada kategori sedang. Upaya layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan yaitu bimbingan kelompok dan konseling kelompok dengan berorientasi pada pengembangan psychological well-being peserta didik. Psychological well-being is the condition of a person who is not only free from stress or mental problems but also has a mental condition that is considered healthy and functioning optimally. Providing protection and guidance to teenagers requires a healthy and positive mental condition. The important role of teenagers as the nation's next generation requires attention to the psychological well-being of teenagers. The research aims to obtain a profile of psychological well-being among class X students at SMA Negeri Darmaraja and its implications for guidance and counseling services. The approach used in research is quantitative with descriptive methods. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling (saturated sampling), with a sample size of 375 respondents. The instrument used in the research was the Ryff psychological well-being scale. The research uses calculations with descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The research results show that the majority of class X students at SMAN Darmaraja are in the medium category. The guidance and counseling services provided are group guidance and group counseling oriented towards developing students' psychological well-being.
