Abstract
Penelitian ini menggambarkan mengenai keadaan secara umum Kampung Adat Cireundeu di Kota Cimahi, mulai dari tradisi, daya tarik, fasilitas, atraksi, budaya, dan pengelolaannya. Dewasa ini, Kampung Adat Cireundeu belum dikelola secara baik, hal tersebut terlihat dari belum adanya informasi atraksi wisata yang dapat dinikmati wisatawan dan kurangnya tingkat kunjungan wisatawan karena lama kunjungan wisatawan di Kampung Adat Cireundeu yang relatif singkat. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan yang saat ini berlangsung dari beberapa narasumber yaitu Sekretaris Kelurahan Leuwigajah, aparatur Kelurahan Leuwigajah, Ketua RW 10, pengelola Kampung Adat Cireundeu, dan masyarakat Kampung Cireundeu. Serta, upaya-upaya pengelolaan yang dianalisis berdasarkan enam unsur pengelolaan menurut George R. Terry, yaitu: (1) Men and women, (2) Materials, (3) Machines, (4) Methods, (5) Money, dan (6) Markets. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara dengan dasar pedoman wawan¬cara yang telah ditentukan. Selain itu, peneliti juga terlibat langsung dengan beberapa aktivitas dan upacara adat masyarakat adat Cireundeu untuk memperluas pemahaman dan kebutuhan data skripsi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberi masukan mengenai pengelolaan yang tepat untuk diterapkan di Kampung Adat Cireundeu dan upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan pengelola untuk Kampung Adat Cireundeu. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Kampung Cireundeu, Daya Tarik Wisata Budaya. This research describe the general condition of Kampung Adat Cirendeu in Cimahi, such as tradition, fascination, facility, attraction, culture, and its management. Nowadays, Kampung Adat Cirendeu’s management is running not really good, it seems from the lack of information on tourism attraction which could be enjoyed by tourists. Further more, the visitation intensity of tourists is low, it depend on their visitation schedule which usually short. The other purpose of this research to knowing its management that the data collected from several informants, they are Secretary of Kelurahan Leuwigajah, agency of Kelurahan Leuwigajah, Head of RW 10, the organizer of Kampung Adat Cirendeu, and people of Kampung Cirendeu. In addition, a means of management are analized based on six elements according to George. R. Terry which is consists of: 1) Men and women, 2) Materials, 3) Machines, 4) Methods, 5) Money, and 6) Markets. The data collection of this research by using particular basic orientation of interviewing method. This research has direct interaction with several activities and traditional ceremony of Cirendeu people to enlarge the understanding and the requirement of research data. The data analysis using interactive model that developed by Miles and Huberman. The result of this research will give suggestion about the appropriate way of management to be applied in Kampung Adat Cirendeu and a means which could be followed up by Kampung Adat Cireundeu.
