Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan e-jobsheet produksi susu kedelai dilakukan untuk menunjang kegiatan praktikum di SMKN 4 Garut. E-jobsheet dikembangkan dengan berbasis SKKNI agar dapat menunjang pencapaian kompetensi yang harus dimiliki peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui kelayakan e-jobsheet berbasis SKKNI sebagai pedoman praktikum pembuatan susu kedelai pada elemen Produksi Olahan Hasil Nabati, (2) Mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik pada praktikum pembuatan susu kedelai dengan menggunakan media e-jobsheet berbasis SKKNI. Pengembangan e-jobsheet menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). Penerapan e-jobsheet pada kegiatan praktikum dilakukan menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas XI APHP 2 SMKN 4 Garut sebanyak 34 orang. Hasil validasi e-jobsheet dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa dan penilaian tanggapan peserta didik. Penggunaan e-jobsheet berbasis SKKNI dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Hasil belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori “Tinggi” pada aspek kognitif. Hasil belajar peserta didik berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik” pada aspek afektif sedangkan pada aspek psikomotorik berada pada tingkat kualifikasi “Sangat Terampil”. Penggunaan e-jobsheet pada praktikum pembuatan susu kedelai membantu peserta didik dalam memahami prosedur kerja sehingga peserta didik tidak selalu bergantung pada instruksi guru. ABSTRACT The development of the soy milk production e-jobsheet was carried out to support practicum activities at SMKN 4 Garut. The e-jobsheet was developed on the basis of SKKNI in order to support the achievement of competencies that students must possess. This study aims to (1) determine the feasibility of an SKKNI-based e-jobsheet as a practical guideline for making soy milk in the elements of processed vegetable product production, (2) find out student learning outcomes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects in soy milk making practicum using media SKKNI based e-jobsheet. The development of e-jobsheets uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The application of e-jobsheets to practicum activities is carried out using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which is carried out in two cycles. The sample in this study were 34 students in class XI APHP 2 at SMKN 4 Garut. The results of the e-jobsheet validation were declared "Very Eligible" by material experts, media experts, linguists and student response assessments. The use of SKKNI-based e-jobsheets can improve student's cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities. Student learning outcomes are in the “High” category on the cognitive aspect. Student learning outcomes are in the "Very Good" category in the affective aspect while in the psychomotor aspect they are at the "Very Skilled" qualification level. The use of e-jobsheets in the practice of making soy milk helps students understand work procedures so that students do not always depend on teacher instructions.
