Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif survei untuk mengetahui kesiapan Guru PAUD dalam pembelajaran abad 21 di Wilayah Jawa Barat. Guru PAUD diwajibkan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran abad 21. Namun masih banyak guru yang menggunakan metode tradisional. Para guru juga diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif survei dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan skala likert. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 186 guru PAUD yang tersebar di beberapa Kota/Kabupaten di Wilayah Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online sebagai instrumen penelitian. Diketahui hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kesiapan guru PAUD dalam pembelajaran abad 21 dengan pendekatan 21st Century Learning Design memiliki presentase dari keseluruhan indikator sebanyak 66% yang berarti kuat atau dapat dikatakan sudah baik. Pada beberapa indikator masih diperlukan. Upaya peningkatan dan dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai stakeholder terkait dibutuhkan terutama untuk indikator dengan pengaplikasian teknologi. ----- This research uses a quantitative survey method to determine the readiness of PAUD teachers 21st century learning in the West Java Region. PAUD teachers are required to facilitate 21st century learning. However, there are still many teachers who use traditional methods. The teachers It is also hoped that technology can be utilized as a means to improve quality learning. The research method used is quantitative survey with analytical techniques data using a Likert scale. The subjects used in this research were 186 PAUD teachers spread across several cities/regencies in the West Java region. This research uses online questionnaire as a research instrument. It is known that research results indicate that PAUD teacher readiness in 21st century learning with the 21st Century Learning Design approach has a percentage of all indicators of 66%, which means it is strong or can be said to be already well. Some indicators are still needed. Improvement and support efforts sustainability from various relevant stakeholders is needed, especially for indicators with application of technology.
