Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) terhadap hasil belajar futsal siswa kelas sebelas SMA Negeri 16 Bandung. Model TGFU dipilih karena menekankan pada pemahaman taktis, pengambilan keputusan, dan keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam konteks permainan, berbeda dengan pendekatan tradisional yang lebih berfokus pada penguasaan teknik dasar secara terpisah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest design, dengan melibatkan 20 siswi peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal sebagai subjek. Instrumen pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI), yang menilai aspek pengambilan keputusan, eksekusi keterampilan, dan dukungan dalam permainan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor posttest yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan pretest, dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 44,30 menjadi 69,20. Uji t-sampel berpasangan menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran TGFU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain futsal siswa. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran TGFU memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan performa bermain futsal secara holistik, dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pendekatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang lebih kontekstual, partisipatif, dan berbasis pemahaman taktis. Kata Kunci : TGFU, futsal, hasil belajar, siswa SMA This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) learning model on futsal learning outcomes in eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 16 Bandung. The TGFU model was chosen because of its emphasis on tactical understanding, decision-making, and active student involvement in the game context, in contrast to traditional approaches that focus more on mastering basic techniques separately. This study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 20 female students participating in a futsal extracurricular activity as subjects. The measurement instrument used was the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI), which assesses aspects of decision-making, execution skills, and support in the game. The analysis results showed a significant increase in posttest scores compared to the pretest, with the average score increasing from 44.30 to 69.20. A paired-sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the implementation of the TGFU learning model significantly improved students' futsal playing skills. Therefore, it can be concluded that the TGFU learning model positively contributes to the development of holistic futsal playing performance and can be used as an alternative approach to physical education learning that is more contextual, participatory, and based on tactical understanding.
