abstract: Anak dengan hambatan penglihatan merupakan kelompok yang masih memiliki kesulitan dalam mengakses pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual. Maka dari itu remaja dengan kebutuhan khusus seringkali kurang mendapat pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai perkembangan fisik, seksualitas, dan hubungan yang sehat, sehingga mereka menjadi lebih rentan terhadap potensi eksploitasi seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun desain pembelajaran asinkron berbasis learning management system, pada topik kekerasan berbasis gender bagi anak dengan hambatan penglihatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan model design research plomp. Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan desain pembelajaran asinkron berbasis learning management system pada topik kekerasan berbasis gender bagi anak dengan hambatan penglihatan. Fokus desain pembelajaran dan materi yang disusun adalah pada sub-topik relasi sehat dan relasi tidak sehat, sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan siswa.  Hasil pengujian berdasarkan validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran layak untuk digunakan dengan beberapa perbaikan yang disarankan. 

Children with visual impairments are a group that continues to face challenges in accessing reproductive and sexual health education. Consequently, adolescents with special needs often lack adequate knowledge regarding physical development, sexuality, and healthy relationships, rendering them more susceptible to potential sexual exploitation. This research aims to construct an asynchronous learning design based on a learning management system, focusing on the topic of gender-based violence for visually impaired children. The research method employed follows the Plomp design research model. This study successfully yields an asynchronous learning design rooted in a learning management system, addressing gender-based violence topics for visually impaired children. The instructional design and content compilation center on the sub-topics of healthy and unhealthy relationships, aligning with the results of the student needs analysis. The outcomes of expert validation testing indicate that the learning design is deemed suitable for implementation, albeit with some suggested improvements.
