N2  - Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian
mengkaji mengenai efektivitas pengelolaan arsip di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi
Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu variabel sumber daya
kearsipan (X) dan variabel efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis (Y). Tujuan dari
penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui gambaran sumber daya kearsipan di Dinas
Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk
mengetahui pengaruh sumber daya kearsipan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip
dinamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei.
Selanjutnya teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara
menyebarkan angket kepada 40 responden dan wawancara pada arsiparis di Dinas
Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai
administrasi di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data yang
digunakan adalah regresi sederhana.
Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1)
Sumber Daya kearsipan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat berada pada
kategori ?cukup? (2) tingkat Efektivitas Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis di Dinas
Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat berada dalam kategori ?sedang?. Adapun hasil uji
hipotesis didapatkan bahwa sumber daya kearsipan (X) berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis (Y). Implikasi penelitian
ini dapat berguna untuk peningkatan sumber daya kearsipan sehingga dapat
meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan arsip dinamis.

This research was conducted at the Education Office of West Java Province.
The research examines the effectiveness of archive management at the Education
Office of West Java Province. This research consists of 2 variables, namely archive
resource variable (X) and dynamic archive management effectiveness variable (Y).
The purpose of this study is to find out the description of archival resources at the
Education Office of West Java Province. In addition, the purpose of this study is to
determine the effect of archival resources on the effectiveness of dynamic archive
management. The method used in this research is survey method. Furthermore, the
data collection technique used was by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents
and interviewing archivists at the Education Office of West Java Province.
Respondents in this study were administrative staff at the Education Office of West
Java Province. The data analysis technique used is simple regression.
Based on the analysis of the research results, the results show that: (1)
Archival resources at the Education Office of West Java Province are in the
"sufficient" category (2) the level of Effectiveness of Dynamic Records Management
at the Education Office of West Java Province is in the "moderate" category. As for
the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that archival resources (X) had a
positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of dynamic archive management
(Y). The implications of this research can be useful for increasing archival resources
so as to increase the effectiveness of dynamic archive management
