Adapun tempat yang tepat untuk melakukan \r\neduwisata yaitu Wisata Kampung Kolecer yang beralamat di Desa Cisayong, Kecamatan \r\nCisayong, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan \r\nstrategi agar meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung yang memilih eduwisata dikala banyaknya \r\npesaing. Alasan penelitian ini, dilihat pada fenomena yang terjadi sudah tidak\r\nmenggunakan sistem belajar sambal bermain/eduwisata bagi anak. Wisata Kampung \r\nKolecer memberikan edukasi mengenai permainan tradisional dan budaya. Permasalahan \r\nyang dialami oleh Wisata Kampung Kolecer yaitu menurunnya jumlah pengunjung yang \r\nmemilih eduwisata di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hal ini termasuk dengan permasalahan \r\neksternal yang mana peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan Porter \r\nselanjutnya dianalisis berdasarkan yang terjadi dilapangan kemudian mengidentifikasi \r\nmelalui lima kekuatan bersaing yaitu Porter’s Five Forces sehingga akan muncul formulasi \r\nstrategi baru dengan menggunakan skala prioritas kemudian diterapkannya hasil dari \r\nformulasi strategi tersebut. Adapun hasil skala prioritas tersebut yakni kuadran 1 terdapat \r\nnomor (2,3,5), kuadran 2 (1,7), kuadran 3 (4,6,8), kuadran 4 (9,10). Strategi yang harus \r\ntetap dipertahankan yaitu terdapat pada nomor 2-6-8-9 dan strategi yang harus \r\ndikembangkan yaitu terdapat pada nomor 1-3-4- 5-7-10.\r\n\r\nEducational tourism / edutourism is very important to be applied for children so \r\nthat their skills can be honed properly. The right place to do educational tourism is \r\nKampung Kolecer Tourism which is located in Cisayong Village, Cisayong District, \r\nTasikmalaya Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine a strategy to increase \r\nthe number of visitors who choose eduwisata when there are many competitors. The reason \r\nfor this research, seen from the phenomenon that occurs is no longer using the system of \r\nlearning while playing/educational tourism for children. Kolecer Village Tours provide \r\neducation about traditional and cultural games. The problem experienced by Kolecer \r\nVillage Tourism is the decrease in the number visitors who choose educational tours in the \r\nTasikmalaya district. This includes external problems where the researcher uses \r\nqualitative methods through Porter's approach and then analyzes based on what happened \r\nin the field and then identifies through the five competitive forces, namely Porter's Five \r\nForces so that a new strategy formulation will emerge using a priority scale then applying \r\nthe results of the strategy formulation. The results of the priority scale are quadrant 1 with \r\nnumbers (2,3,5), quadrant 2 (1,7), quadrant 3 (4,6,8), quadrant 4 (9,10).
