In order to achieve the company's goals, the cooperation of every employee requires high morale. Morale is still an important issue in various industries, especially the manufacturing industry, which is currently the largest economic sector, resulting in increasingly fierce business competition, and a decline in employee morale. One of the companies experiencing a decrease in morale is CV. Cipta Sinergi Manufacturing Cimahi. There are several factors that can affect morale, including the social work environment and organizational culture. This study aims to determine 1) the conditions of the work environment 2) the description of organizational culture 3) the level of morale 4) the influence of the social work environment on the morale 5) the influence of the organizational culture on the morale. the type of research used is descriptive verification with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study were 35 employees. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed 1) conducive work environment 2) organizational culture in good category 3) morale was at a high level 4) social work environment had an effect of 36.2% on work morale 5) organizational culture had an effect of 65.4% on work morale. companies can improve and improve employee relations with superiors and increase employee empowerment.
