%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Multiple Large Shareholders dan Usia Dewan Direksi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dengan metode Random Effect Model (Generalized Least Squares) yang diolah menggunakan software Eviews 12. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling pada seluruh perusahaan aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Multiple Large Shareholders tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan, dan Usia Dewan Direksi berpengaruh terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultan, Multiple Large Shareholders dan Usia Dewan Direksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.  This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Multiple Large Shareholders and the Age of the Board of Directors on Firm Value. This research method is a quantitative method with the analytical technique used, namely descriptive statistical analysis techniques using the Random Effect Model (Generalized Least Squares) method which was processed using Eviews 12 software. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling for all various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports and company annual reports. The results showed that Multiple Large Shareholders had no effect on firm value, and the age of the board. The Board of Directors influences the company's value. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Multiple Large Shareholders and the Age of the Board of Directors have a significant effect on Firm Value.
