abstract: Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan spiritualitas terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan pengeloilaan dana desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey yaitu kuesioner untuk menguji data primer yang diperoleh dari 56 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan pengelolaan dana desa, dan (2) spiritualitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan pengelolaan dana desa.
Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of human resource competence and spirituality on the tendency of fraudulent management of village funds. This research was conducted using a survey method, namely a questionnaire to test primary data obtained from 56 respondents. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and the measurement scale used in this study uses a Likert scale. The results of the study show that (1) human resource competence has a negative effect on the tendency to fraudulent village fund management, and (2) spirituality has no effect on the tendency to fraudulent management of village funds.
