N2  - The research based on the lack of cooperation and responsibility in the student. The purpose of this study wa to develop value of cooperation and student responsibilitiy through the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) type of cooperative is used Classroom Action Research (CAR), this study use 3 cycles of 6 actions. Impelemation of research through four stage, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of class V B SD Negeri Inpres Cikahuripan Lembang totaling 33 students, consisiting of 17 male students and 16 female student. The instrument is used GPAI (Games Performance Assessment Instrument) instrument. The analysis of data used in this research is percentage and averages. The result showed that the application of the TGT cooperative learning model in the futsal ball game could increase the value of cooperation and responsibility in class V B SD Negeri Inpres Cikahuripan Lembang for the 2022/2023 academic year.
