abstract: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi untuk berprestasi pada mahasiswa sehingga motivasi untuk berprestasi perlu ditingkatkan, dilihat dari rendahnya disiplin mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring, perilaku curang yang terdapat pada mahasiswa, serta rendahnya motivasi akademik yang penting untuk meningkatkan motif berprestasi bagi mahasiswa sehingga mahasiswa memiliki keinginan untuk mencapai kesuksesan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh Guru/Konselor BK adalah dengan menyelenggarakan pembimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan motif untuk berprestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan motif prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan metode sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan motif berprestasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain desain kelompok kontrol yang tidak setara yang digunakan pada siswa kelas XII SMK Angkasa 2 Margahayu tahun akademik 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sociodrama secara umum efektif dalam meningkatkan motif berprestasi mahasiswa kelas XII. Penelitian ini berguna untuk guru bimbingan dan konseling serta peneliti selanjutnya yang memiliki minat dalam meneliti motivasi prestasi siswa.

Tiara Setiawaty (2022) Group Guidance With Sociodrama Method To Increase Student Achievement Motive. (Quasi-Experimental Research in Class XII of SMK Angkasa 2 Margahayu for the 2021/2022 Academic Year)

This research is motivated by the low motivation to excel in students so that the motivation to excel needs to be increased, judging from the low discipline of students during online learning, fraudulent behavior found in students, as well as low academic motivation for which it is important to increase the motivation to excel for students so that students have the desire to achieve success. The effort that can be made by the BK Teacher / Counselor is to organize group guidance with the sociodrama method. The general objective in this study is to test the effectiveness of group guidance with sociodrama methods to increase motive for achievement. This study aims to test the effectiveness of group guidance with the sociodrama method to increase the motive of student achievement. This study aims to test the effectiveness of group guidance with the sociodrama method to increase motive for achievement. To achieve this goal, researchers use quantitative methods with a non-equivalent control group design design used in class XII students of SMK Angkasa 2 Margahayu for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The results of this study show that sociodrama in general is effective in increasing the motive of achieving class XII students. This research is useful for guidance and counseling teachers and subsequent researchers who have an interest in researching students' achievement motive.
