Peningkatan komoditas perikanan menyebabkan harga pakan semakin tinggi. Pakan berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan ikan, komponen yang paling mahal dalam pakan buatan adalah tepung ikan import. Untuk mengurangi biaya pengeluaran pakan yang tinggi dalam budidaya dapat dilakukan dengan substitusi bahan pakan alternatif, salah satu nya dapat menggunakan tepung daun kelor karena memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang cukup lengkap, antara lain protein 27,1%. Selain itu, tepung daun kelor mudah ditemukan di pasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Specific Growth Rate (SGR) dan konstanta laju pertumbuhan terhadap elver yang diberi pakan daun kelor dan kondisi lingkungan budidaya elver (Anguilla bicolor bicolor). Penelitian dilakukan selama 64 hari dengan padat tebar 10 ekor/akuarium, terdapat enam perlakuan dan dua kali pengulangan, yaitu konsentrasi daun kelor 0% 12%, 14%, 16%, 20% dan pakan komersial sebagai pakan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan elver yang diberi pakan daun kelor tidak meningkatkan harga SGR, FCR dan konstanta laju pertumbuhan. Kondisi lingkungan yang ditujukkan oleh harga TDS, pH, suhu, DO, dan nitrat memenuhi standar baku mutu air sesuai PP no. 82 Tahun 2001. Sedangkan nilai nitrit melebihi standar baku mutu yang seharusnya. ABSTRACT Eel (Anguilla bicolor bicolor) is one of the commercial fish that has a high selling value because it is rich in nutrients. The increase in fishery commodities causes the price of feed to be higher. Feed plays an important role in fish growth, the most expensive component in artificial feed is imported fish meal. To reduce the high cost of feed expenditure in cultivation, it can be done by substitution of alternative feed ingredients, one of which can use Moringa leaf flour because it has a fairly complete nutritional content, including 27.1% protein. In addition, Moringa leaf flour is easily found in the market. This study aimed to determine the value of Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Specific Growth Rate (SGR) and growth rate constants of elver fed Moringa leaves and environmental conditions of elver cultivation (Anguilla bicolor bicolor). The study was conducted for 64 days with a stocking density of 10 fish/aquarium, there were six treatments and two repetitions, namely 0% Moringa leaf concentration, 12%, 14%, 16%, 20% and commercial feed as control feed. The results showed that elver fed Moringa leaves did not increase SGR, FCR and growth rate constants. The environmental conditions indicated by the price of TDS, pH, temperature, DO, and nitrate meet the water quality standards according to PP no. 82 of 2001.
