Salah satu kesulitan teknis tersebut yaitu berupa media interaksi belajar yang masih terbatas. Kenyataan yang terjadi di sekolah dasar kelas V diketahui bahwa nilai IPA peserta didik hanya memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 64,8 dengan nilai tertinggi 90 dan nilai terendah 50. Peserta didik yang hasil belajarnya mencapai KKM hanya 8 orang atau 32% dari nilai KKM yang ditetapkan yaitu 75. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh oleh guru terhadap siswa kelas V SDN Pondok Rumput Kota Bogor dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan kontribusi pemikiran yang signifikan sebagai masukan pengetahuan tentang penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada masa Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Ditinjau dari jenis datanya, pendekatan penelitian yang tepat digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh oleh guru terhadap siswa kelas V SDN Pondok Rumput Kota Bogor berbuah hasil belajar yang meningkat walaupun belum terlaksana dengan baik dan maksimal. Based on the observations on class V of SDN Pondok Rumput Kota Bogor, technical difficulties were found in the learning and teaching process during Distance Learning period. One of the technical difficulties are the limited amount of learning interaction media. The learning outcomes of grade V on Science class found that students only get an average score of 64.8 with the highest score of 90 and the lowest score of 50. Students whose learning outcomes reach the minimum mastery criteria are only 8 people or 32% of specified minimum mastery criteria value valued at 75. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of inquiry learning on Distance Learning conducted by teacher to fifth grade students of SDN Pondok Rumput Kota Bogor in improving student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect. The research was carried out on the grounds that it could contribute significant theory as an input to knowledge about the application of inquiry learning on Distance Learning. Judging from the type of data, the research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach.
