abstract: Parents are the primary educators and foremost for their children. Mindset parents about the 
child's success in learning at school is the responsibility of the school to be improved because of 
the educational process is a collaborative process of family (parents), school and community. 
Children experience learning difficulties will be resolved through the participation of parents in 
the home. Helping children learn can be an amazing experience for the parents so that the role 
of parents in guiding children with learning difficulties needs to be done seriously and planned 
beginning with the readiness of the parents. The agreement in the process of providing the 
guidance necessary for the creation of a relationship of openness and collaboration so that the 
child can talk about desire and its needs that can aide in identifying parent and child issues 
explored. Steps when to start, when to stop, what to do in between to make a decision guidance 
and counseling process should be gentle and considerate, but must remain firmly with the terms 
in the guidance use the nest hand velvet is not an iron hand and create your learning experience 
because experience can be learning activities and each activity can be a learning experience. 
The most important point is how to develop ways to learn more preferred by children and avoid 
bad learning experience painful and embarrassing as it can decrease the motivation and 
attitude will negatively on the learning process.
