Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran siklus air pada mata pelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis (Analisis Masalah), Desain (Rancangan Produk), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Penelitian ini melibatkan ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa, guru dan peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penilaian dari ahli materi dalam kriteria Sangat Layak (85,42%), dari ahli media dalam kriteria sangat layak (94,04%), dari ahli Bahasa dalam kriteria sangat layak (95%) serta dari guru dan peserta didik mendapatkan nilai dengan persentase 90,83% dan 84,28%. ----- This research is a research on the development of learning media in the form of "Water Cycle Digital Comics" in science subjects in grade V Elementary School. This study aims to develop water cycle learning media in science subjects in elementary schools. The design of this study uses the ADDIE model which consists of the Analysis (Problem Analysis), Design (Product Design), Development (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation) stages. This research involved media experts, material experts, linguists, teachers and students.
