Tujuan atas penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat efikasi diri, kompetensi guru, dan kinerja guru. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung.\r\nPenelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 58 responden. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah guru berstatus PNS di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda.\r\nBerdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh tingkat efikasi diri berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, tingkat kompetensi guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan tingkat kinerja guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan efikasi diri dan kompetensi guru  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.\r\n\r\nThis research was conducted in the city of Bandung. The problems studied in this study were not yet optimal for teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. This study consists of three variables, namely self-efficacy, teacher competence, and teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of self-efficacy, teacher competence, and teacher performance. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy and teacher competence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung.\r\nThis study used a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 58 respondents. Respondents in this study were teachers with civil servant status at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression.\r\nBased on the results of data analysis, it was found that the level of self-efficacy was in the very high category, the level of teacher competence was in the very high category, and the level of teacher performance was in the very high category.
