N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dana Bantuan operasional Sekolah (BOS) (Studi Empiris pada SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitudeskriptif dan asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan memperoleh 75 sampel penelitian sesuai kriteria. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan adalah SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Sehingga memperoleh hasil bahwa sistem pengendalian internal, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan dana BOS.

The aims of this study was to find out how the internal control system, human resource competence, and organizational culture affects effectiveness of school operational assistance (BOS) fund management on public senior high school in Bandung City. This study using descriptive and associative causal methods with quantitative approach. The population in this research is public Senior High School in Bandung City. The sampling technique of this research was purposive sampling. Sample of this research were 75 respondents appropriate with the qualification. Where the research instrument was questionnaire. This hypothesis test used SEM-PLS using SmartPLS software. With the result that the internal control system, human resource competence, and organizational culture affecting the effectiveness of school operational assistance (BOS)fund management.
