abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan sejauh mana pengaruh variabel Pengetahuan, Keterampilan, dan Sikap terhadap Kinerja Nazhir. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kausalitas dengan pedekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Multiple Regression Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis multiple regression menunjukan hasil bahwa variabel pengetahuan dan sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Nazhir, sedangkan keterampilan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja Nazhir. Dan juga, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Nazhir di Kota Cirebon. 
The purpose of this study is to find out how and to what extent the influence of Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude on Nazhir Performance in Cirebon City. The method that used in this study is the causality method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. Based on multitple regression analysis shows that knowledge variable and skill variable had a significant influence on Nazhir performance, while skill had a negative influence and not significant on Nazhir performance. And also, it shows that knowledge, skill, and attitude variable simultaneously gave a significant impact toward Nazhir performance at Cirebon City.
