abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan proksi tingkat ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas, 2) Pengaruh dana perimbangan terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan proksi tingkat ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas. Unit analisis adalah Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 508 Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Kota di Indonesia dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yang berarti semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Keuangan (DJPK) berupa Laporan Realisasi Keuangan (LRA) tahun 2016. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan proksi tingkat ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas dan 2) Dana perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah dengan proksi tingkat ekonomi, efisiensi dan efektivitas.;
This research aims to determine: 1) The effect of regional original income on the financial performance of local governments with a proxy for economic level, efficiency and effectiveness, 2) The effect of intergovermental revenue on the financial performance of local governments with the proxy of economic level, efficiency and effectiveness. The unit of analysis is the Regency and City Government in Indonesia. The population in this study is 508 regency and city governments in Indonesia using saturated samples which means that all populations are sampled. The data used is secondary data obtained from the website of the Financial Tax Directorate General (DJPK) in the form of the Financial Realization Report (LRA) in 2016. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, 1) Regional original income influences the regional government financial performance with the proxy of economic level, efficiency and effectiveness and 2) Intergovernmental revenue influences the regional government financial performance with the proxy of economic level, efficiency and effectiveness.
