        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan materi Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration yang terdapat pada laman http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr, (2) melihat kesesuaian materi pembelajaran Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration pada laman   http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr/ dengan ketentuan materi menurut teori B{\'e}rard (1990) dan (3) melihat kesesuaian materi  Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration yang terdapat pada laman http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr/ dengan RPS yang digunakan oleh dosen di Departemen Pendidikan Bahasa Perancis FPBS UPI pada mata kuliah Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih sedikitnya sumber materi pembelajaran Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Resatauration. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana data yang akan dihasilkan adalah berupa data-data tertulis. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa laman ini terdapat 4 (empat) materi utama yaitu restaurer, h{\'e}berger, divetir, dan d{\'e}tendre yang di dalamnya berisikan materi dalam bentuk pdf dan juga video. Laman http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr/ ditemukan bahwa tidak sesuai dengan teori yang dikeluarkan oleh B{\'e}rard karena hasil menunjukkan bahwa laman ini bukanlah laman pembelajaran tetapi hanya bersisikan informasi mengenai perhotelan dan restorasi. Selain itu, laman ini tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) yang digunakan oleh dosen pengajar mata kuliah tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa tidak sesuai untuk mahasiswa. Meskipun demikian laman tersebut dapat digunakan oleh dosen mata kuliah sebagai salah satu referensi bahan ajar.

This study aims to (1) describe the material of Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration contained on the page http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr, (2) see the suitability of Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de learning material La Restauration on the page http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr/ with the provisions of the material according to the theory of B{\'e}rard (1990) and (3) see the suitability of the Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration material contained on the page http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr with RPS used by lecturers in the Department of French Language Education FPBS UPI in the Fran{\cc}ais de l'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Restauration course. This research was conducted because there were still very few sources of Fran{\cc}ais de l 'H{\^o}tellerie et de la Resatauration learning material. To achieve this goal, the method used in this study is descriptive qualitative where the data to be generated is in the form of written data. From the results of the research conducted it was found that this page contained 4 (four) main materials, namely restaurer, h{\'e}berger, divetir, and d{\'e}tendre which contained material in the form of pdf and also video. The page http://www.metiers-hotel-resto.fr/ was found to be inconsistent with the theory issued by B{\'e}rard because the results showed that this page was not a learning page but only contained information about hospitality and restoration. In addition, this page is not in accordance with the Semester Lecture Plan (RPS) used by the lecturer teaching the course, it can be said that it is not suitable for students. Even so, the page can be used by lecturers as a reference for teaching materials.
