N2  - Tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai rancang bangun alat puntir manual besi kotak untuk tralis. Pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan gelar ahli madya untuk mahasiswa jenjang DIII. Tugas akhir ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui mulai dari rancangan, bahan, waktu serta biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan alat puntir manual besi kotak menjadi besi spiral. Pada proses pembuatan, material yang digunakan adalah ST37. Proses pembuatan alat ini meliputi proses pemotongan, proses pembubutan, proses pengeboran, proses pengfraisan dan proses pengelasan. Secara teoritis waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan alat ini adalah 0,96 jam dan total biaya Rp. 367.518,00. Sedangkan secara real total biaya proses pembuatan alat puntir manual besi kotak menjadi besi spiral adalah Rp.563.457,12 dengan waktu 5,37 jam.

This final project discusses the design of the construction of an iron box manual torsion tool for tralis. Making this final report as one of the requirements for get an intermediate degree for Diploma level students. This final project too aims to find out starting from the design, materials, time and costs needed for the manufacture of manual torsion tool boxes into spiral iron. On the manufacturing process, the material used is ST37. The process of making this tool covering the cutting process, the turning process, the drilling process, the milling process and welding process. Theoretically the time needed to manufacture this tool is 0.96 hours and the total cost of Rp. 367,518.00. Whereas in real total process costs the manufacturing of manual torsion tool boxes into spiral iron is Rp. 563,457,12 with a time of 5.37 hours.
