Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berjumlah 25 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.;---The purpose of this research is to investigate and analiyze the effect of capital structure and firm size to profitability on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016. The method used is descriptive and verifikatif. This research uses 25 companies as samples that are determined by purposive sampling method. Method of data collecting in this research done by documentation technique. Data processing technique is done by multiple linier regression analysis with Eviews 9. The results of this research show that capital stucture have negatvie significant effect to profitability and firm size have no significant effect to profitability."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
