Tes merupakan salah satu bentuk penilaian yang dilakukan pada sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes pada kompetensi mendiagnosis kerusakan sistem bahan bakar injeksi, mata pelajaran pemeliharaan mesin kendaraan ringan di SMK. Tes yang dikembangkan meliputi aspek kognitif dan psikomotor agar alat tes mempunyai konstruksi yang valid atau ajeg. Temuan di lapangan menyatakan bahwa pada aspek kognitif guru masih belum memasukkan kaidah soal High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Penilaian peserta didik pada aspek psikomotor hanya berdasarkan pada hasil laporan yang dibuat sehingga terdapat kesenjangan antara siswa yang kurang kompeten dengan yang kompeten. Perlu dilakukan pengembangan tes untuk aspek kognitif dan psikomotor yang sesuai dengan kaidah kurikulum SMK. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Tahapan tersebut diantara lain: 1) Pendefinisian; 2) Perancangan; 3) Pengembangan. Temuan atas penelitian ini berupa alat tes kognitif dan psikomotor yang tervalidasi isi, konstruk dan reliabel. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kisi-kisi intrumen soal pilihan ganda dan instrumen tes kinerja berdasarkan kompetensi dasar sebanyak 15 soal pilihan ganda, tes kinerja sebanyak 17 item, dihasilkan tes kognitif dan tes psikomotor yang tervalidasi sebanyak 35 butir soal pilihan ganda, 28 butir item tes kinerja untuk layak dijadikan alat tes. Hasil dari pengembangan tes tersebut dapat mengatasi kesenjangan antara siswa yang kurang kompeten dan berkompeten.;--The assessment is a important part in educational system because reflect development or learning outcome progress from a time to another. The test is one form of assesment conducted on educational system. This research is intended for develop test on basic competence diagnose injection fuel system maintenance of light vehicle engine in Vocational High School. The depeloved test covers cognitive aspect and psychomotor so that the test part has valid construction. The Findings at vocation that test on cognitive aspect the teacher not entered test rule of High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). Student assessing on psychomotor aspect, only based on product report so that be founded between incompetent student and competent student. The research method use Reasearch and Development (R&D). The steps are : 1) Definition; 2) Design; 3) Developmnet. Findings of this research are produce grid of multiple choice instrument amount to 15 multiple choice, performance assessment 17 item, produce cognitive test and psychomotor test are validated amount to 35 item mutiple choice, 28 item performance assessment to be worthy of being a test.
